Sports Bike Winner: Shawn Quinn, assistant director of special events at Champlain Valley Exposition, (left) presents a mountain bike to Anne Treadwell and David Fields of Burlington following the All Sports, Recreation and Fitness Expo. The bike, donated by Coca-Cola Bottling, was one of the top prizes in a raffle held during the new sports show that featured more than 100 exhibitors and hand-on demonstrations and seminars. The Fall Essex Arts and Crafts Festival drew large crowds during the weekend looking for holiday gifts and decorating ideas.
It was nice enough Friday afternoon to enjoy seeing a fine-art sprinkler in action outside Expo North.
